*When using coil machines you must have a quality battery pack with at least 2200ma capacity, 2 amp rating, constant voltage output control and short circuit protection to expect good results. The Ambition 2200 battery works well and it’s only $50 on line. I’ve got it to run about 2 hrs of constant tattooing at around 6-9 volts with a coil. Rotary’s will last much longer.
